Materials

Wood : Waste wood, demolition wood, tree trunks, root stems, green waste, railway sleepers, pallets, cable drums, C&D wood

Components

  • Primary shredder
  • Metal separator
  • Secondary shredder
  • Screening technology
  • Sorting lines
  • Discharger
  • Conveyor
HAMMEL Primary Shredder reduces waste woods to approximately 300 mm.
Magnet separator separates iron substances and is then moved to a vibrating chute.
Impurities are manually sorted on a sorting belt. Clean material is then discharged and sorted according to size and quality.
HAMMEL Secondary Shredder is integrated if 40 to 60 mm of particle is required.
Clean wood chips are generally used as secondary raw material or incinerated.
