Design Characteristics
Often bulk materials are delivered by truck or by front-end loaders to be fed in a continuous process. The optimum solution for that is a reception / transfer station or a rectangular storage silo with integrated SHW discharge system.
SHW rectangular silos can be either bunkers or as tower silos. By using the recommended conveyors with the silo (i. e. metering screw or chain conveyor) the silo discharge can be either adjustable and metered or fixed speed
