Difficult bulk materials, because of their nature and content, cannot be stored outside in stock piles and will therefore need to be stored in closed silo systems.

However, fibrous, wet and sticky, plane or very fine bulk materials tend to bridge inside the silo, and due to their own weight, will not flow out of the silo system.
